I tell the story
by filming at supersonic speed
myself, hauling some immeasurable weight—
moving mountains, if you will—
and played back, my progress
will be barely perceptible.
You would need to sit still
on that pleasant gallery bench
leather seat, tufted buttons
for twenty years
just to see me
make it through.
